Apartments Makarska, Croatia - welcome to the Erceg family site!

We are offering You a private accommodation in a first class, newly built apartments near the beach. The apartments are situated in the Makarska - Croatia, in a quiet street near the pine wods. Parking place is in front of the house. Near the house You can find the supermarket, pharmacy and ambulance. In the vicinity of the house is a recreational centre with tennis courts and water sports. As an extra service, we are offering You our traditional meal called 'peka' Makarska (it's a special way of baking meat under a metal lid which is covered with hot coal), home made wine, schnapps and vegetables.

Price includes: Spare bed clothes, spent water & electricity, cooking utensils and cutlery and other home belongings, as well as parking place and final cleaning on departure day. Reservation is confirmed after transferring 20% of arrangement price (minimum of 90 €) on our account. If you for any reason want to cancel reservation, avans will be fully refunded if cancelation is 20 days prior to check-in date. Tourist tax is not included in the price of apartment, and it is charged ~0.8 -1 € per adult person/ day. Children 12-18 years of age are charged 50% .
