BRSEC
Near Brsec (from Mscenicka
Draga to Brestova) there is vertical coast with only few possibilities to
acces sealine. Such coast make wonderfull underwter landscape, with great
biovarieties. Steep walls are up to 50 meters (starting from surface) . According
to biologists from Natural history museum from Rijeka it is one of the best
diving places in the Northern Adriatic. This area fullfil conditions to become
protected area because of qualitie and quantitie of species

GORGONARIA
Steep wall with a lot
of fish (scorpionfish seen regularly), different sponges species, and the
most beautifull is the wall from 35-45 with a lot of red gorgonias ( paramuricea
clavata). |

SEKA
Tower raising up from
bottom 100m from shore. Coastal side raises from 20 to 5 m and than falls
to 50 m vertically. Schools of small fish, crabs, sponges, mollusc can be
seen. There is little cave close to the tower. |

Wall from 0-35 m. lot
of yellow gorgonia, anemone, with litlle luck you can see scorpionfish, conger
eel, octopus. |

PLAZA
Recomended in the book
“TAUCHREISEFUHRER KROATIEN” by biologist Wolfgang Poelzer. The is known among
divers as zeus faber bay. Zeus faber (john dorry) can be seen very often.
You can also see two sunken cars. |

KINKELA
Another gorgonaria with
a lot of red gorgonias 30-40 m, yellow sponges, orange sponges, big rocks
planty fish. |

SMOKVICA TOWER
Vertical tower raising
from 25 to 2 m. rocky bottom surrounding Ideal for beginners and for 2nd dive. |

CRES ISLAND
SHIP RELICT “LINA”
Cargo ship sunk in 1918.
Lays 22-50 m. there is conger in anchor hole. Lot of fish. Little cave on
the depth of 3 m ideal for decompression. |
